We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 6 months of experience, a strong personality, and the ability to handle objections confidently while booking high-quality meetings. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, or nearby locations, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-person while growing within a competitive team with high earnings potential.
What You’ll Do:- Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to engage potential clients.
- Quickly adapt to different industries and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Manage objections effectively and drive interest in our solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up consistently.
✔ At least 6 months of SDR experience in a high-cold-call environment. ✔ Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport fast. ✔ Confidence in handling objections and steering conversations toward value. ✔ A strong work ethic, persistence, and willingness to learn. ✔ Ability to adapt quickly across different buyer personas and industries.
Compensation & Career Growth:💰 Residency Period (First 3 Months): Base salary of $4,000/month. 🚀 After Residency: Base salary of $60,000/year + commissions, with an OTE of $80,000+.
