Product Marketing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced product marketing director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our virtual care platform, eVisit. As a product marketing director, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, product managers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to drive growth and adoption of eVisit products and services. You will be responsible for coordinating a Market Customer and Advisory Council, advising product on market need and demand, developing product positioning and packaging, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that communicate eVisit's value proposition and differentiate us from our competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and services, including launch planning, marketing collateral development, customer success materials and customer training documentation to facilitate change management, and sales enablement resources.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure that product roadmaps align with customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Develop and execute product marketing plans that support eVisit's business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Facilitate regular meetings with the Market Customer and Advisory Council to gather insights on market needs and demand, and communicate feedback to the product team.
- Develop product positioning, packaging, and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates eVisit from competitors.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop product-specific sales and marketing materials, conduct training sessions, and provide sales support.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy and marketing plans.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, and events.
- Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness, optimize marketing strategies, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Clinical experience in a health system setting is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related field in healthcare and telehealth.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including market research, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated passion and expertise in healthcare IT and health systems, with a strong understanding of payment models, reimbursement, the EHR landscape, and telehealth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, digital advertising platforms, and social media tools.
