L&D Technical Writer I

As a Learning & Development Technical Writer I, you will be a pivotal part of our team dedicated to reviewing and updating existing Help & Training articles. Your role involves collaborating closely with subject matter experts and members of the Operations Team to produce clear and effective content. You will leverage your technical expertise to translate complex concepts into accessible content. With a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills, you will ensure that all content is accurate, consistent, and aligns seamlessly with the organization's learning objectives.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing Help & Training content in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
  • Work closely with the L&D Technical Writer II to update and publish article updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine content, incorporating feedback and suggestions
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure advanced topics are properly covered
  • Assist with updates related to Help & Training Requests, Hot Changes/Fixes, and Releases
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Follow Role Employee Checklist/SOPs, etc.
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned


Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English/Communication/Education/Technical Writing
  • 1+ years of experience in developing written content

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • SaaS software experience
  • Familiar with tools such as Zoom, Salesforce, Monday, Grammarly, and Google Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking and Writing skills are a plus but not required
