Systems Administrator

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company. As the Systems Administrator, in this role, will primarily focus on managing and optimizing Salesforce, but will also take ownership of other critical systems, including ChurnZero, ChiliPiper, and additional tools in our tech stack. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, continuous system health, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage technology in achieving business goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce instances, including user setup, permissions, and profiles.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
  • Implement automation in Salesforce using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Administer and optimize the use of ChurnZero to manage customer success and retention efforts.
  • Support ChiliPiper setup, including meeting scheduling, workflows, and integrations with CRM.
  • Monitor the health and performance of additional systems in the tech stack, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Perform updates, configuration, and integrations across systems as necessary to ensure seamless operation.
  • Ensure integration between Salesforce, ChurnZero, ChiliPiper, and other platforms for data consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform routine system updates, security patches, and backups to ensure the availability and integrity of critical systems.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve system issues and collaborate with vendors for support when needed.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure system configurations align with business needs.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure team members are utilizing the systems effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for any system-related issues and provide troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and improved processes.
  • Stay current with new Salesforce features and updates, as well as changes to other systems in the tech stack.
  • Lead or assist in system-related projects and implementations as needed.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience working with ChurnZero, ChiliPiper, Outreach or similar customer success and scheduling platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with systems integration, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in managing cloud-based platforms and tools.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, security model, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting; experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Solid knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, changes, and any potential issues.
  • Establish timelines and milestones, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Assess and manage project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
