The Role
As a Recruiting Experience Coordinator at Navi Nurses, you will be instrumental in enhancing our recruitment process, focusing on providing an exceptional journey for candidates transitioning into roles within our organization. You will coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective nurses from initial contact through to onboarding.
What you’ll do
- Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and first-round interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit within our team. This includes evaluating skills, experience, and alignment with Navi Nurses’ values.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the candidate journey, ensuring a smooth transition from applicant to active team member. Manage communications and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Compliance Oversight: Work closely with the nursing team to ensure all new hires meet regulatory and company standards before starting their roles.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate all aspects of the onboarding process, from background checks to orientation and training sessions. Ensure all new hires are fully prepared and integrated into their roles efficiently.
- System Management: Maintain accurate records in our HR systems, including tracking candidate progress and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Nursing and Marketing, to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.

- Proven background in HR or recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of nurturing relationships with prospective hires.
- A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and devising effective solutions.
