Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This role is critical in driving growth and expanding Neon's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Manage outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Neon's products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Some CRM experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
