At NEON, we’re transforming how businesses engage with customers through smart, scalable digital signage and data-driven sales experiences. We’re looking for a Growth Executive who’s passionate about building relationships and driving revenue through upselling our current partner base.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a book of business by identifying and closing upsell opportunities within existing NEON partners
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their evolving needs
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to time and execute upsells
  • Use data to uncover trends and proactively recommend solutions
  • Track performance and pipeline in CRM and provide feedback for ongoing optimization
  • Consistently exceed monthly MRR targets
What Success Looks Like
  • You increase average contract value and product penetration across accounts
  • You help NEON partners get more value — and more revenue — from their relationship with us
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in a sales, account management, or growth-focused role
  • Strong communicator with consultative selling skills
  • You thrive on building relationships and helping businesses grow
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-starter who can own their pipeline and hit the ground running
Compensation & Perks
  • Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 OTE, including base + commissions.
