Responsibilities
Day-to-day, you will:
- Negotiate & Close Complex Deals: Skillfully navigate complex sales processes, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Build & Grow Relationships: Build rapport and cultivate long-lasting relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Assess Needs: Conduct in-depth assessments to uncover organizational pain points and challenges faced by potential & current customers, positioning Nuclearn.ai's solutions as the ideal answer.
- Communication Value: Articulate the compelling value proposition of Nuclearn.ai's platform, highlighting its ability to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation within the utility sector.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities, and providing transparent & consistent progress updates.
- Continuously Learn: Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the nuclear and utility industries to offer expert consultations to clients.
- Source Net New Customers: Execute our targeted sales strategy to identify, qualify, and engage with potential customers within the nuclear power and broader utility sectors.
Qualifications
You’re applying because you’re:
- A B2B technology sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years experience
- A highly motivated & proactive self-starter, capable of independently managing a dynamic sales territory.
- Defined as a trusted advisor, with a track record of long-term client partnerships.
- An outstanding communicator, with experience successfully engaging with VPs & CXOs.
Bonus Qualifications
You’ll stand out to us because of your:
- Foundational understanding of AI/machine learning concepts and the ability to translate complex technical features into compelling customer benefits and strategic-level outcomes.
- Experience selling high-value offerings to Energy, Utilities, Mining, or Construction executives for a minimum of 3 years.
