Product Analyst / Sales Engineer - Customer Success

Position Overview:
Nuclearn.ai is seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst/Sales Engineer to join our Customer Success team. This role requires nuclear industry expertise to drive data-driven product demonstrations, support pre-sales engagements, and bridge technical solutions with client needs. This role requires extensive collaboration with engineering teams to design impactful demos and explain the capabilities of our flagship products, in the context of generative AI and value enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Demonstrations: Collect and prepare complex datasets to create compelling product demos tailored to client needs. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and refine these demonstrations.
- Generative AI Expertise: Clearly articulate the capabilities and value of generative AI in solving customer challenges, aligning technical features with real-world applications.
- Client Engagement: Lead technical discussions during pre-sales activities, serve as the primary demo specialist for initial client interactions, and manage Event booth operations at industry events.
- Product Roadmaps: Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and communicate product enhancements, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer requirements.
- Travel: Travel 50-75% to support on-site demonstrations, client meetings, and conferences.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in the nuclear sector, with a strong understanding of its operational and regulatory landscape.
- Data Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data to create impactful, client-focused demonstrations.
- Technical Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts, particularly generative AI, for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working with engineering teams to design solutions and address technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in energy, utilities, or engineering.
- Knowledge of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), advanced nuclear technologies and nuclear business processes.
- Experience with tools for data visualization, analytics, and machine learning.
