The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of developing and evolving key shopping capabilities of the RevolutionParts ecommerce platform; ensuring we build the right solutions for our customers that continue to delight and create value. You'll be joining a team of problem-solving achievers where everyone - including you - is striving to constantly build innovative and intuitive products that solve real market needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Growth-Driven E-commerce Product Strategy: Spearhead the strategic development and execution of our e-commerce product roadmap, with a strong focus on growth metrics such as user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and gross merchandise volume expansion.
- Collaborate for Growth Initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to align and successfully implement growth-focused product initiatives
- Conduct Growth-Oriented Market Research: Perform in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes, leveraging these insights to drive product strategy and innovation.
- Prioritize Features for Growth: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements with a clear focus on driving user growth, engagement, and retention, alongside meeting business goals and tapping into new market opportunities.
- Develop and Manage Growth KPIs: Establish and manage key performance indicators and metrics specifically tailored to measure the success of growth initiatives in e-commerce, providing regular insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Champion A/B Testing and Experimentation: Lead robust A/B testing and experimentation strategies to continuously identify improvements in conversion rates, user experience, and revenue generation.
- Stay Ahead with Industry Insights: Keep abreast of the latest in growth hacking techniques, industry best practices, technological advancements, and e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver innovative, growth-centric solutions.
- Analyze Funnel and User Behavior: Monitor and analyze key metrics related to funnel performance and user behavior, using these insights to pinpoint and capitalize on opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Leverage Data for Growth Decisions: Collaborate closely with data analytics teams to gather and interpret data, translating complex insights into actionable growth strategies and product improvements.
- Implement Effective Merchandising Strategies: Work in tandem with stakeholders to define and execute merchandising strategies that align with growth objectives, including product assortment optimization, dynamic pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Experience in Growth-Driven Roles: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Growth Product Manager or E-commerce Product Manager, with a proven track record in startup or growth-focused environments.
- Demonstrated Impact on E-commerce Growth: Solid history of managing e-commerce platforms and driving substantial growth in key metrics like conversion rates and gross merchandise volume.
- Expertise in E-commerce Growth Fundamentals: Deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, user experience, customer behavior, and growth hacking techniques.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver impactful product enhancements that drive growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to make informed growth decisions.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation Proficiency: Extensive experience in A/B testing and experimentation, with a focus on optimizing e-commerce platforms for growth.
- Familiarity with E-commerce Technologies: Knowledge of the latest e-commerce technologies, tools, and platforms that facilitate growth.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, presenting ideas and recommendations persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Growth Mindset: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
