We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives within the healthcare sector.

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels to ensure a strong presence in the healthcare market.

Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising focused on healthcare audiences.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the healthcare industry.

Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels to drive patient acquisition, retention, and engagement with healthcare professionals.

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners, healthcare providers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Manage public relations activities to enhance the company’s reputation and media presence within the healthcare sector.

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities tailored to the healthcare industry.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and guidelines.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on content creation.

Proven expertise in content writing, digital marketing, and analytics tools.

Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Experience with SEO, CRM platforms, and campaign management
