Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Rovicare. This role will focus on analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the successful implementation of solutions that enhance our care transition platform. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure our platform aligns with the evolving needs of healthcare providers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.

o Analyze and translate healthcare operations and workflows into system requirements.

2. Process Improvement:

o Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

o Develop workflows and process maps to support platform enhancements.

3. Solution Design and Documentation:

o Work with the product team to design solutions that meet business requirements while considering user experience and technical feasibility.

o Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives.

o Present findings, recommendations, and updates to key stakeholders.

5. Testing and Validation:

o Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and validate solutions against requirements.

o Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation phases.

6. Market and Industry Research:

o Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare technology and care transitions.

o Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

7. Implementation Assistance:

o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on requests & software enhancements.

o Play a key role in the planning & execution of project plans around feature requests & software enhancements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments.

· Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, care coordination, and transitions of care.

· Experience in onboarding & implementing new solutions to clients is preferred.

· Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.

· Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable.
