Steady Install is a gig platform for the office furniture, commercial millwork, and racking installation industries with our headquarters in Tempe, AZ. We have already launched operations in Albuquerque, Austin, Dallas-Ft Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, Phoenix and Tucson with plans to grow. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for technology sales.

Duties:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals. -Cold Calls: We've already determined the more calls you make, the more deals you close and the more money you make. We are looking for someone with endless energy that can also focus to make 75-100 calls per day between new cold calls and warm lead follow ups.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • After mastering the craft of taking potential clients up to the Demo, then deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients
  • Provide temporary account management to new clients until relationship can be handed over to operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Skills: -HUNGRY! This position has a base salary and commissions on every new client that utilizes our platform. There is no cap on commissions and we're looking for somebody that is hungry and motivated. The more calls you make, the more money you make, simply as that.
  • HIGH ENERGY!!!! -Strong communication skills to effectively understand potential clients and relay our value propositions as a solution to their needs.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to drive informed business decisions.
  • Proven track record in technical sales or outside sales is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to identify new leads and convert them into customers

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Proficiency in using Hubspot or comparable software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • REQUIRED: At least 3 years of relevant work experience of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets. Previous experience in outbound sales required.

Bonus Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree

● Proven success rate at levels above quotas

● Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

● Marketing experience

● Strong organizational skills

Compensation: The base annual salary is $45,000.00 plus benefits (health, vision and dental). You will be paid commissions monthly for every client you bring on that posts projects in the platform. With commission, you should anticipate making $100k+ in year 1. If you don't, you didn't put in the hours and calls....
