Steady Install is gig labor marketplace platform catering to the commercial installation industries. We assist businesses that run install projects for office furniture, warehouse racking, commercial moving, commercial millwork, FF&E and decommissioning flex up with additional installers on-demand. After launching in Q4 2019, the company has grown to operate in 9 different cities across 6 states in the US. After making the Inc 5000 list in our first year of eligibility in 2024, we plan to double our market size in 2025.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
This position is all about drive, diligence and outreach volume. Paying close attention to the record info in our CRM (Hubspot) will prevent you from wasting time looking up info the next time you contact that client, giving you more selling time. Some clients take 2 hours to close, and some take 1 year, so the more you're reaching out to them the more deals you'll close and the more money you make. Including commissions, the expected compensation for year 1 should be at minimum $100k if you're working hard. The base salary is $45,000, with no cap on commissions.
Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Sales Development Representative will take charge of the entire sales process from the initial lead engagement through to the successful close within our key markets
- Generating new business and nurturing existing relationships within your pipeline.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (Hubspot)
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Aim for a minimum of 3 hours per day of talk time between cold calls and running client demos
- In office position Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM
- Strong adherence to sales processes and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience with outbound cold calling
- Coachable nature, open to learning different ways to approach sales scenarios
