About The RoleAs an Operations Coordinator at Toothio, you will directly manage marketplace operations, ensuring smooth shift allocations and successful onboarding of dental professionals. Your responsibilities will involve hands-on shift management, efficient onboarding processes, prompt user support, and addressing market-specific challenges. You will also work closely with the central operations team, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
Responsibilities
- Shift Management: Oversee and streamline shift management processes to ensure successful shift completions and optimal user satisfaction.
- Professional Onboarding: Host virtual orientations to bring dental professionals onto our platform seamlessly.
- User Support: Be the front line of support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance via text, email, and phone to both dental professionals and practices.
- Market Oversight: Spearhead operations in designated markets, working in tandem with our central operations team.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and elevating user satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Prowess: Proficiency in G Suite and a keen interest or prior knowledge in SQL, marketplaces, or startups.
- Proactiveness: A penchant for recognizing and communicating potential process improvements.
