About the Role:
As a Dental Recruiter at Toothio, you will play a key role in building our network of top-tier Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) and other dental professionals for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, engage, and onboard dental talent, ensuring a high-quality experience from first touchpoint through successful placement. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations and marketplace teams to meet demand, streamline recruitment efforts, and improve candidate satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Actively source, engage, and recruit RDHs and other dental professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruiting pipeline and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Professional Onboarding: Conduct virtual interviews and host engaging orientations to ensure dental professionals are fully prepared and aligned with platform expectations.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and hiring challenges to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Partner with the central operations team to align recruitment efforts with marketplace needs and resolve market-specific talent shortages.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the recruiting pipeline and recommend new tools or strategies to improve sourcing, onboarding, and retention of talent.
Requirements
- Recruiting Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or dental recruiting preferred, but not required.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust quickly.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates at different stages.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern recruitment and communication tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space with reliable internet for virtual meetings and candidate interactions.

Employment Type: Full-time, working hours of 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
