Inventory Prep (PT)

Quality and Inventory Prep Specialist (part time)

The quality specialist’s mission is to ensure the consistent availability of high-quality product in all of our selling channels. TheraSpecs makes therapeutic blue light glasses for people with light-sensitive conditions such as migraine and post-concussion syndrome. We're looking for a reliable, team-oriented person with great attention to detail to join our growing team. This is a flexible part-time hourly (10-30 hours per week) position in our central Phoenix office.

You will:

Visually inspect product to ensure all “ready to ship” stock and custom orders meet quality standards (inspect, adjust, clean, repair, organize)
Perform new product intake process
Track and report on known quality issues
Assist Warehouse Specialist to prepare and ship weekly bulk restocks for Amazon warehouses
Monitor, prepare, and maintain stock and organization of shipping and fulfillment supplies
Assist with order fulfillment and returns processing as appropriate
Handle customer repairs and spare parts maintenance
Plan your work and coordinate with the team to prevent any items from running out of stock
Look for opportunities to consistently improve our systems and procedures

You have:

Ability to see fine detail during visual inspection
Great organizational skills
The ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time
A team-oriented attitude with communication and planning skills
